Join a guide on a snowshoe adventure to explore and learn about one of our iconic mining structures in Breckenridge-The Jessie Mill. Our experienced guides will highlight the rich mining history of the area as well as our local wildlife and natural environment.

This two-hour snowshoe tour on gently rolling terrain is appropriate for families and children, ages 7 and up.

This tour is every day from 1:00pm-3:00pm.

Are you a fan of Nordic skate skiing, but always wondered how you could possibly make it even more fun? Come learn about biathlon, Europe’s most popular winter sport. We will discuss the history of biathlon, biathlon rules, and biathlon range and rifle safety. We will cover the various biathlon race formats and clinic participants will ski a short biathlon using CB Nordic’s air rifles for the shooting bouts. Skate skiing experience is helpful, but not necessary. Clinic fee is $25. Sign up and pay for your session in-person at the front desk at the Nordic Center.

Experience the great outdoors by the light of headlamps! Let our experienced guides lead you on a wild adventure, while they share stories of our historical and natural environment. Fee includes snowshoes and headlamp and snack. Participants are welcome to bring your own equipment. Ages 6+.

On Saturday, March 25, 2023, Crested Butte Nordic welcomes the Gunnison Valley to join us for “Free For All”, a community ski day at CB Nordic. All trail passes and equipment will be free. Participants will need to reserve gear online prior to March 25. Please use discount code outreach2122 to rent your equipment for free for this event. All trail passes will need to be picked up at the Nordic Center.

Join in the festivities from 10 am to 2 pm, with a rolling start from the Gronk trailhead at 10 am. There will be plenty of self-guided ski challenges, fun and great skiing to be had. Costumes are encouraged and rewarded!
