General

Our app requires Android 13 or higher and iOS 15.6 or higher. If your device is running an older version, you’ll need to update your operating system (if supported) before installing or updating the app.

Account Management

There are two ways to update your password, depending on whether you are signed in or not.

If you are currently signed into the app, tap the main menu icon in the upper right corner. From the main menu, select “Update Password.” This screen will ask you to enter your current password and then set a new one.

If you’re not currently logged into your app account, tap the “Sign In” link in the app menu. Tap the “Forgot Password” link to reset your password.

  1. Make sure you're signed in to your app account
  2. In the main menu, select the "Manage Profile" link
  3. From this screen, you'll be able to update your:
    • First & last name
    • Phone number
    • City
    • State
    • Zip code
    • Country
    • Date of birth
    • Gender
  4. Tap the "Update Account" button when finished making changes to save

App Preferences

You can choose to receive push notifications, text message/SMS notifications, and/or email notifications.

You can update your notification preferences at any time by tapping the main menu icon in the upper right corner of the app. From there, select "Notifications." You can toggle on/off push, SMS, and/or email notifications.

When you favorite a resort, it is added to your app home screen for easy access. To favorite a resort, tap the heart icon next to the resort’s name while on the Resorts page. The icon will turn red to indicate it has been added as a favorite. Below, the first resort has been marked as a favorite, while the second has not.

Offers

To view available offers, visit the Offers tab within the app. All currently available offers will be listed. You can filter by resort or by offer type.

  1. Make sure you’ve created an account and are logged in.
  2. Tap the offer you want to redeem.
  3. Show the confirmation screen to a staff member at the participating resort or business.
  4. The staff member will tap Confirm to verify your redemption. DO NOT complete this step yourself, or the offer will become invalid.
  5. Once the redemption limit is reached, the offer will be marked as Redeemed on your Offers screen.

Punch Pass

You can purchase a Punch Pass using the order form on our website. In our mobile app, tap the Punch Pass button in the top navigation and then tap "Buy Now."

Punch passes can not be purchased over the phone, through individual resort websites, or in person.

We use PayPal for secure payment processing. However, you do not need to have a PayPal account to complete your purchase. Select the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option instead of signing into a PayPal account.

Once you've completed your punch pass purchase, an activation code will be sent to the email address you entered at the time of purchase. If you do not have this email within 3 hours, check your spam folder. If you're still unable to locate the email, please contact us for assistance.

You will need to have our mobile app installed on your phone. If not already installed, please download it from Google Play or the Apple App Store.

The steps for activating your Punch Pass are shown in the video below or outlined in the steps that follow.

Tap the Punch Pass link in the app’s main navigation and select "Activate" or "Sign In & Activate," depending on if you are signed in to an app account.

If not already signed into an app account, you will be prompted to do so now.

Enter your activation code and tap "Activate Pass" to activate your season punch pass:

Please note that your activation code is unique and can only be used once. If you're having trouble activating your pass with your activation code, please contact us for assistance.

We have switched to a fully digital punch pass system. Physical punch passes are no longer available. You must have the CCCSA mobile app on your phone to activate and redeem your punch pass.

Using your punch pass is easier than ever with our mobile app. Here's how to do it:

  1. Open your punch pass by tapping the Punch Pass link in the app's main navigation.
  2. Hand your phone to the resort staff.
  3. The resort staff will tap one of the unused punches on your pass and confirm you’re ready to redeem it.
  4. Your pass will update to show the punch has been redeemed, along with the date it was used.
  5. You're all set — enjoy your day on the snow!

The Punch Pass is valid for two trail passes during the specified season at each participating resort:

  • Breckenridge Nordic
  • Crested Butte Nordic
  • Frisco Nordic
  • Gold Run Nordic
  • Keystone Nordic
  • Snow Mountain Ranch
  • Tennessee Pass Nordic
  • Vail Nordic Center

Plus, you always ski free on the Aspen Snowmass Nordic Trail System.

The Punch Pass also includes deals from several Nordic resorts and service providers:

  • Aspen Snowmass
  • Beaver Creek Nordic Sports Center
  • Latigo Ranch
  • Red Elephant Racing
  • Tennessee Pass Nordic Center
  • Vail Backcountry Tours
  • Vista Verde Ranch

These offers will only be visible in the Offers tab once you have activated your punch pass.

 

Each Punch Pass is valid for one season — October through May. Any unused punches or discounts are not valid the following season.

Each "punch" on your pass is redeemable for a trail pass at the specified resort. Nordic skiing is available at all participating locations. Additional activities are specific to each resort — e.g. snowshoeing, backcountry skiing, or fat biking. Please review the resort's listing on our website/app, or contact the resort for clarification on the activities allowed on their trail systems. Trail passes do not include rental gear or lift access.

Yes. Your Punch Pass is valid for two trail passes at each of the participating resorts. You may choose to share your two trail passes.

No. We are not able to offer refunds for punch pass purchases or unused punches. We understand that injury, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances can change your ski season plans, but we’re unable to make exceptions to our refund policy. The Punch Pass is offered at a discounted rate, and punches can be shared with the understanding that some flexibility is built into its use.

An activation code will be emailed to you after purchase. Anyone can use this code, but it cannot be transferred to another account once used. However, you can use your 2 punches for anyone you would like, so we encourage you to bring a friend and share a punch. If you get a new phone, just download the app and login under your existing account to access your pass.

No, you can only have one active Punch Pass per account, and only one account per device. If you have an additional Punch Pass activation code, such as one for your spouse or child, it must be activated using a different account on a separate device.
