Once you've completed your punch pass purchase, a redemption code will be sent to the email address you entered at the time of purchase. If you do not have this email within 3 hours, check your spam folder. If you're still unable to locate the email, please contact us for assistance.
You will need to have our mobile app installed on your phone. If not already installed, please download it from Google Play or the Apple App Store.
Tap the
link in the app’s main navigation and select "Redeem Code."

Enter your redemption code and click "Activate Pass" to activate your season punch pass:

Please note that your redemption code is unique and can only be redeemed once. If you're having trouble activating your pass with your redemption code, please contact us for assistance.
