Located in the heart of downtown Winter Park near Hideaway Park, the Fanches purchased the former Olympia Motel in fall 2015 and renovated it into a Modern Basecamp, now known as Trailhead Inn. Convenient and easy access to dining, shopping, recreation and shuttles to/from Winter Park Ski Resort, just three miles away, adds to both Trailhead Inn’s and sister property Vasquez Creek’s Inn’s appeal. Steps away from Trailhead Inn and located in Vasquez Creek Inn at 78786 US Hwy 40 in Winter Park, recently opened Caffe Giocondo offers a casual Italian street café type atmosphere with handcrafted coffees, pastries and breakfast Stromboli (scrambled egg plates). For lunch and newly expanded dinner service, diners can choose from housemade charcuterie, Pizzettas, Zuppa, sandwiches, insalatas and beer and wine.

Next door to Caffe Giocondo and also located in Vasquez Creek Inn is Volario’s, the popular Northern Italian Mountain restaurant and bar that includes a heated outdoor patio for al fresco dining on Vasquez Creek.
